WHAT SETS US APART FROM OTHER FARMS

A process that sets us apart.

Our peppers are produced, packaged, frozen, dehydrated and will soon be fermented here, at our Assumption farm in Lanaudière.

We have the necessary facilities to do pre-preparation for processors and to package products for distributors. We can offer delivery depending on distance and order.

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the farm if you come to pick up your products yourself.

Personalized service andan opportunity to grow together.

At Ferme SPIKA, we want to help you grow, develop new products, and produce to meet the demand for your quality products.

Whether you are a processor or distributor, well established or just starting up, our personalized service will support you in the needs of your business. We are attentive to your particularities and are open to developing new products and new processing, preservation and packaging processes to meet your needs.

Always on the lookout for innovation

We are always looking for solutions to make our processes more efficient, to have more beautiful products and in larger quantities and to preserve them better.

Valuable collaboration and communication with our customers lead us to constantly improve our packaging, processing and packaging processes to match the reality of our buyers as much as possible.

Ecological, natural, efficient and human culture.

We try to establish processes that help maintain and develop biodiversity and soil quality.

We therefore cultivate, on less than one and a half hectares, more than 20,000 pepper plants in addition to other crops. We avoid bare soil and limit the use of tractors and other machines that may compact the soil.

We work in a balance between respect for nature, efficiency and human well-being. With us, workers are treated with dignity, involved in decisions and it is always a pleasure to answer the why of things. We also cultivate humans.
